You can walk up, you can fllay someone, do a crazy amount of damage now with Aftershock, and also slow enemies with um the glacial augment raise, which is quite nice. Bard is just pretty mid right now. The problem with Bard is that they nerfed his attack range so much, and they've been nerfing his damage so much that he's pretty out of it right now.
