It becomes very very hard for you to dash in and try and do damage. you know the range advantage that champions get against Samira means that she becomes very very difficult. Uh Civ again got weaker in my opinion because Novari quick blades the champion's just not good like some people are trying to build magnetic blaster and avoid quick blades as I mentioned but you just don't do enough damage like the champions just not going to do enough damage which is why in my opinion Novori quick blades change is a bit of a nerf.
