Um I again a lot of these like carry top laners got a lot stronger now because of the nerf to both armor boots and the magic resist boots. Jace being one of them. his range advantage very much like Teemo. He can bully out during the laning phase. He doesn't do as much base damage as Teemo and maybe can't bully as much as Teemo, but you can still get ahead during the laning phase against a lot of these tanks as well. In the top lane, you can go for the more bruiser version of the build with likes of Conqueror, Eclipse, Spirit of Shogun, and go for more bruiser build and focus more on um you know, being a frontline bruiser for your team rather than being that squishy one-shot champion.
