Um and Gwen just has a very very strong late game with how much you're able to farm and you know once you get Nash's Tooth and everything as well. Um and then you have the likes of like Fizz and Ekko which I think might be a bit stronger now because of Lichb Bane. has of course got a nice little buff as well and the same with Diana. These are like Lichbane champions that I don't think are as strong as like Evelyn and Gragas and these other AP champions that I've been talking about above.

Build divergence notescross-source synthesis

Consensus across both aggregators

  • Keystone: Fleet Footwork
  • Core items 1-5: Lich Bane → Boots of Mana → Infinity Orb → Rabadon's Deathcap → Riftmaker (identical first five slots)
  • Summoner spells: Flash + Barrier
  • Secondary runes: Sudden Impact, Chain Assault, Eyeball Collection, Bone Plating all appear in both

Where the aggregators diverge

  • Item 6: Jungler.GG → Oceanid's Trident. WR Meta → Crown of the Shattered Queen.
  • Skill order: Jungler.GG → Q > W > E. WR Meta → Q > E > W.
  • Late-game flex: WR Meta enumerates an explicit situational pool (Quicksilver/Stasis boot enchants, Oceanid's, Morellonomicon, Soulstealer by condition). Jungler.GG only publishes one canonical build.

  • "Uh so that's something that's really important to note. Even though fleet footwork is even with AD and AP and this why most AD champions go fleet obviously with the exception of champions like a Kali, Ekko and Teemo who get for unethical reasons like I said. Uh so it will conquer will give more AP. However, you will mostly see it for AD champions cuz they make more make better use of it cuz AP champions are usually burst while AD champions usually rely on Fizz also likes fleet. Yeah. Uh Fizz is actually a great example of a Fleet user who also mostly does it for the heal in the early phase and the movement speed. Fizz is actually the biggest abuser of the movement speed of fleet footwork. Like most champions don't really care that much about the movement speed." (35:38)
