- "So if you're playing against like a really hard matchup it's very common to go like bone plating right? But if it's an easy matchup then you might look for like uh a scaling angle for sorcery. you might go gathering storm or you might go for uh transcendence, right? So the the last rune is the one that's the most adaptable when you're looking at runes. so I think we start with the keystone identity issue, right?" (03:13)

So, let's say they have 6 seconds, uh, it gets reduced by 0.6 seconds and then plus the 12 ability haste, it reduces a second, right? So, for a lot of champions, transcendence is really, really OP. They have solarity which gains 2% bonus movement speed. So like if your chamber loves ability ace like ch like ch let's say take for example chamber like TF right with a sixcond cool down stun this gives him a 5second cooldown stun just by itself overall right so that's huge value a whole second on your stun think of it that way then you have solarity gain 2% movement speed all movement speed bonuses on you are also increased by 7%. So James, I love Moon Speed soon in theory love solarity. The problem is with its placement, right? I love a lot of champions that could make use of solarity would rather go like transcendence or absolute focus or don't even go sorcery like hem doesn't go sorcery even though he's like the movement speed champion, right? Perseverant red perseverance reduces the self slow and blitzcrank." (01:44:59)
- "As long as you hit your hooks, you're going to be insane on Blitzcrank. So yeah, transcendence ends up being better on pretty much every champion that would go solar on solaria. Even Hekerm's transcendence probably has more value. And then you have focus that I think is one of the most underrated runes, especially for AP champions." (01:46:53)
